We started in the middle of the ocean, I thought life revolved around you. You loved the rain in the middle of the ocean, And I loved watching you smile through it. I never thought there would come a day When I would stand in that same rain without you. We had our little moments, our talks and our dreams, Those silly promises we made when love felt easy. I gave you a place in my heart without thinking twice, Never knowing that one day, I'd be learning to live without you. Funny how someone who once made you feel complete Can become the reason you feel so empty. Sometimes, when it rains, I remember us. I remember your voice, your smile and the things we shared. I wish I could tell you how much I still miss those days, But what good is speaking when nobody is listening? So I keep my feelings to myself, And let the rain hide the tears I cannot explain. Now the ocean is still here, and the rain still falls, But something is missing, and I know exactly what it is. I don't know if you ever think about me the way I think about you, Or if our memories mean anything to you anymore. All I know is that I once found happiness beside you, And now, whenever it rains, I remember the pain of losing you. — YOUNG PROF. ✍️
