I came, I saw, and somehow, I fell in love With a world whose promises were never enough. I wrestled with loneliness in the silence of my mind, And struggled to trust in a world so hard to define. Hypocrites among hypocrites, We dance with illusions and dine with deception. Surrounded by people lost in their own delusions, I began to question the very meaning of human connection. I have come to understand the game of life, Where smiles conceal battles and truth comes at a price. Where some hearts seek love, while others seek control, And somewhere in between, we lose pieces of our soul. I found love in the depths of the darkest forest, In a place where even hope seemed to have lost its purpose. I held conversations with silence in the middle of nowhere, Speaking to my soul when no one else was there. And still, the shadows follow me. Some carry memories, others carry regrets. Some whisper truths I am not ready to face, While others remind me of the person I once was. These are the chronicles that baffle me, The untold stories buried deep within. The battles fought behind a peaceful face, The silent wars no one ever sees. Perhaps the greatest mystery isn't the world around me, But the shadows within me. For I came, I saw, I loved, I lost, And through it all, I am still trying to understand me. YOUNG PROF. Taiwo muiz. ✍️😢
